One Communications was founded in September 2003 by Jason Graaff and Gavin Varejes under the
request of Richmark Holdings. The rationale was to build a corporate telephony company that derives
its primary income from annuity based products. One Communications was designed to compliment other
subsidiaries within Richmark, collectively offering a complete communication solution.
